Privacy at Cine Standard
Last updated: 16 July 2026. This launch version is privacy-first and does not use advertising trackers. This notice is a practical product template and should receive legal review before commercial launch.
Controller
Cine Standard is operated by Hristo H. Halvadzhiev. Privacy contact: privacy@cinestandard.com once the domain email is active.
Data we process
- Audience votes: score, title identifier, time, a random browser identifier and a keyed cryptographic hash of the network address.
- Optional audience analytics: pseudonymous network hash, approximate country supplied by the hosting or CDN layer, first and last visit, and aggregate visit count.
- Essential preferences stored in the browser: language, catalogue region, display preference and the visitor identifier needed to preserve voting integrity.
- Server security logs may be processed temporarily by Cloudflare and Render under their own service terms.
Purposes and legal bases
Voting identifiers are used for service integrity and abuse prevention. Optional audience analytics are activated only after the visitor permits them. Essential preferences are necessary to provide the requested functionality. We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles.
Retention
Optional visit records are automatically removed after 90 days by default. Vote records remain while the vote is active so that the public aggregate and one-vote rule remain reliable, unless the visitor deletes their data. Backups may persist for a limited disaster-recovery period.
Recipients and international processing
The launch stack may use Cloudflare, Render, TMDB and JustWatch-derived availability data. The primary application and database are intended for Render Frankfurt. Some providers may process technical data internationally using their contractual transfer mechanisms.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, deletion, correction, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to a data-protection authority. Because Cine Standard has no public accounts, the browser identifier and current network context are used to locate data without collecting identity documents.
Export or delete audience data associated with this browser identifier and current network. Deletion removes matching votes and visit analytics, which may change aggregate scores.
Cookies and local storage
No advertising cookies are used. Optional audience analytics are off until selected. The preference can be changed through “Privacy settings” in the website footer.
Children
The service is a general-audience film-discovery platform and is not intentionally directed to children under the applicable digital-consent age.
